Vipyes is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming licence. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between Vipyes and its members. By accessing the platform or using any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Vipyes reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• These terms are available in both Bangla and English; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account with Vipyes, the following conditions must be met. Failure to comply will render the registration invalid, and the account may be closed at any time.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same device, IP address, or payment method, all accounts will be closed.
• Accounts are for personal use only; use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

Completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal. The following documents must be submitted:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A selfie holding your ID document.
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement — within the last 3 months).

Verification is usually completed within 24–48 hours. If any submitted document is unclear, you may be asked to resubmit it.

Bet Void Conditions

• If a match or event is cancelled.
• Incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.
• An event is postponed by more than 24 hours from its scheduled time.
• If an event is incomplete due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

Odds Error Policy

If incorrect odds are displayed for any reason, Vipyes reserves the right to void the bet or recalculate it at the correct odds. Placing bets to exploit obvious errors is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

All bonuses and promotional offers at vipyes are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only.
• Withdrawing a bonus requires meeting the applicable wagering requirements (typically 15–30x).
• Not all games are available with bonus funds; some games may be restricted.
• Bonuses will be voided if bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage is suspected.
• Promotional offers have a fixed validity period; any unclaimed or unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after the deadline.
• Vipyes reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Vipyes. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Any form of fraud, hacking, or software manipulation.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other members.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical glitches.

Vipyes believes gaming should be a source of entertainment. We encourage all our members to play responsibly, and to that end, Vipyes provides a number of player protection tools.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Automatic betting suspension once a set loss threshold is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent closure of your account yourself.

Vipyes accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or server downtime.
• Account hacking resulting from member negligence or a compromised password.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a disruption in third-party services.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government directives, etc.).

For any dispute or complaint, please contact the Vipyes support team first. If the matter remains unresolved, it will be settled through international arbitration.

Vipyes reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or platform notification.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
• The date of the most recent update will always be shown at the top of this page.
